Have you ever bought something that made you just plain giddy? These did it for me. I bought these at an estate sale from a women who loved porcelain. She had an amazing collection and it was all high quality from the 1950/60's.

This set of 6 dishes were designed by Hans Theo Baumann in 1957 and they are a great example of the Op-Art Modernist movement that was going on at the time. Practical as candy, nut or olive dishes or just leave out on display to enjoy.

Each on is marked Rosenthal Selb-Plussberg Germany Puzzleschale Ges. Gesch.on the back and has the number 695.

They measure 5 3/8 x 2 3/4 x 7/8"

There are no chips or cracks to the porcelain. The blue, red, & the purple dish all have very slight marks. All are minor signs of age/wear. See photos.
