Get ready for Halloween with this vintage T. Cohn tin noisemaker, painted in shades of orange, black, white and green. Hissing, arch-backed cats are ready to fight on a rickety fence. Overhead, bats swoop around a star and smiling crescent moon.

This was manufactured sometime between the 1930's and 1950's; you can see the mark in the last photo.

It's a rattle-type noisemaker- grab on to it's orange wooden handle and give it a shake. A wooden bead inside the barrel-shaped drum clangs loudly.

It measures approximately 5" long and 3.25" across. The barrel is 2.25" across.

It's in nice condition for its age - it has a few minor scuffs and chips, which seem pretty normal for an old child's toy. It also has a few tiny dents on one side of the rattle. Overall, though, it looks great - it'd be a great decoration this Halloween. Or, you could use it to alert the neighborhood that you're trick-or-treating.

I'll be happy to ship internationally; if interested, please convo me for a shipping quote.

Feel free to ask any questions, and thanks for looking! :)
