The cardigan is lovely: great material, good quality knitting, the dark grey is very pretty. The custom lenght was kinda messed up, as the shortening of the full length somehow lifted the pockets to the waist. The shipping & customer service was bad, as it was delayd for weeks and months and in the meantime I got different and contradictory stories behind the reasons for the delay. Longer production time is fine, lies are not.
I asked for a custom long cardigan and it's really soft. The only downside would be the thickness of the yarn, for some reason I was expecting something a little more thicker. This cardigan is warm but also more flowy. Overall it's still matches with what I was expecting (the texture, lenght I asked aswell as the yarn etc.) Thank you!
Absolutely gorgeous piece of clothing. Soft, yet warm enough for icelandic winter. Relaxed fit. And it has POCKETS! (;
