This melon shaped mold is from the 1950's-1960's and can be used for baking breads, bombes, pudding, jello or cakes. It is from Wear-Ever and is Aluminum.

It measures 7 1/2" x 5 1/2" x 4 1/2". The pieces fit snugly together and open easily by pulling both handles at the same time.

This mold has also been referred to as an acorn shape lunch pail or bucket.

The finish on the inside and outside is dull from wear but there are no dents.

A great display piece for your retro kitchen but also still useful.
