This item is handstamped and NOT engraved. Since the letters are designs are freehand. There will be differences in spacing and impression depth. The letter darkening will probably lighten over time. This adds to the uniqueness of the piece and should not be looked at as a default. Proper care of this piece will extend its beauty. Please contact me via etsy convo if you have any questions or would like something a little different.

You need to take great care of any sterling silver and copper items. These metals do tarnish, and need to be polished. Your jewelry should not be worn while showering, spraying perfume, hair , lotions, etc. It should be the first thing you take off and the last thing you put on. The more contact the metal has with lotions, sprays, perspiration etc, the more it will tarnish. Please take care of your sterling silver and copper items. It is best to store them in a sealed plastic bag to prevent tarnishing. The letters may fade over time, this is normal, to prevent the onset of fading please follow the above instructions. Also do not use any dips to clean your hand stamped jewelry, this will also increase fading.
All orders are gift wrapped free of charge. You order will arrive in a beautiful ribbon wrapped kraft box or an organza bag. I reserve the right to determine which packaging will be used for each order.
Please note that occasionally damage of the boxes may occur during shipping. Since I provide them at no charge to the customer, I do not provide refunds for damaged boxes. If there is any damage to your jewelry, we can follow the proper steps with the USPS.

Due to the volume of orders I receive, I do not send messages regarding receipt of your order. It is more efficient for me to only message if I have a question relating to your order.
I ship to etsy addresses, Delivery confirmation is included on your invoice. You can find your tracking number when your order ships if you check your PURCHASES section in your account. There will be a button that says "TRACK MY ORDER", you can track your order there.
If you refuse your item because you refuse to pay your countries customs fees, you will not be refunded. You enter into an agreement when purchasing that you will pay all fee's associated. I do not refund on ANY personalized items.
Average production time is listed in my shop announcement. If you need your order quicker than the production time allows, I do offer upgrades.
RUSH ( leaves my shop within 1 to 2 business days) + priority or express mail for shipping ( whichever method you choose)
