Raku Ceramic Beads - Pair of Turquoise Large Knucklebone Beads

These beads are made of raku-fired porcelain and feature a gorgeous turquoise glaze with dark metallic patches on one side, and a beautiful fine crackle pattern over all.

The beads are about 15 mm square and have a 3 mm hole through the center. The cord in the photos is there just to show the hole orientation of the beads. This listing is for the two beads pictured but I have a total of four of these available.

Shipping, to US addresses, is included on this and any jewelry item in this shop.

If you like these beads but need them in a different glaze, with a differently sized hole, different hole orientation, etc. – let me know. I’m happy to work with special requests!

Each of our pieces is sealed with silicone grout sealer, which very effectively keeps the glazes from changing color over time. Any part of the bead left unglazed is affected by the smoke during the firing process and turns a soft, matte black.
