Blaze bright with the power of brisingr! These pins feature a brightsteel-like finish that captures the damascus layering and fiery movement of Eragon’s iconic sword. The brisingr symbol is part of the Liduen Kvaedhí, the elven system for writing the ancient language, which is comprised of forty-two shapes that represent different sounds. These shapes can be combined to represent both words and phrases. After Eragon named his sword, Rhunön etched the blade with the corresponding glyph: brisingr, meaning “fire."

Immanuela Meijer designed these high-quality pins based on the remarkable glyph Christopher Paolini created. They are die cast and plated with an antique silver or gold finish, and then filled with semi-transparent soft enamel, which is fired to produce the final product. The longest side measures 1.75 inches. Two posts with butterfly catches ensure each pin stays exactly were you place it.
