This isn't a TLR but it plays one on TV -- a great marketing gimmick from the maker. A simple single lens box camera, it's in good vintage shape showing wear around the "viewing" lens and on the corners. There's scratch in the leatherette on the back. The taking lens is clear and the viewing lens show a bit of dust inside. The single speed shutter works, the interior is nice and clean and the viewfinder is clear and bright. Made in England around 1950 to take 120 or 620 film.

I am helping to find new homes for a huge collection of vintage cameras. As a professional photographer myself, I am really enjoying getting to know some of these strange and wonderful pieces. The gentleman who assembled this collection chose pieces in good shape and gently cleaned them with compressed air and a soft cloth. Many might benefit from your detailed attention but I’ve left them as is rather than risk damaging them in any way. While in most cases I will not be running film through them, I will check to see that the shutter fires, parts move if they are supposed to, and things appear to be as they should be. If I find any problems, I’ll list them in the description and suggest that the item be used only for display or repurposing However, due to their vintage nature, UNLESS OTHERWISE STATED, THESE ITEMS ARE SOLD “AS IS” WITH NO GUARANTEE OF WORKING ORDER AND NO RETURNS ACCEPTED UNLESS ITEM RECEIVED IS NOT AS DESCRIBED. Please convo me with any specific questions and I’ll do my best to get you the info.

SHIPPING: OMG, why is it so much???? I don't hide shipping costs in the item price. I want you to know who's getting the money! Canada is quite a bit higher on postage than the US. So the price listed is for my best estimate at the cost of shipping the single item above with a TRACKABLE method. On the plus side, CanPost shipping is usually safe and relatively fast. BUYING MORE THAN ONE ITEM AT A TIME SAVES YOU MONEY because I’ve become pretty handy at packing lots of stuff safely into one box. I do my best to keep your shipping costs at a minimum. As always, once I do the calculations for your finished package, I happily refund any shipping overpayment greater than $2. I am also happy to work with INTERNATIONAL BUYERS who have a PAYPAL CONFIRMED ADDRESS – please convo me with your shipping address and I’ll give you a shipping cost.

Frequently asked questions about PastAndPresence

I go with things that I like! And I like a lot of different vintage subjects and styles. That's why you never know what will turn up next in the shop.
Once I complete the designs, I send them to a US textile manufacturer for printing and sewing. My files go directly from my attic studio in Warman, Saskatchewan, Canada into their presses -- pretty cool when you think about it. The printed fabric is sewn into the finished product and shipped out directly to you. I do several tests on new designs before I post them here -- if I wouldn't have it in my home, you won't see it in the store.
That watermark makes it more difficult for someone else to copy my designs. I want to be sure that when you purchase something with my work on it, you're getting a quality item that I have approved. You will only find authentic versions of my designs in my store. They are not available elsewhere at this time.
