Why was my package marked delivered but it is not in my mailbox?

We get this question every week. We really do. USPS has a weird habit the last couple years of marking packages delivered but actually still have it on their truck. Happens most on Fridays. We ask you wait a day or two and check your mailbox again. If it still doesn't appear (which is very rare) please contact us and we will help you out. To make the postal overlords happy please ensure your address including Name and any apartment/suite number is correct on your PayPal Account and in the Shipping Address portion if paying via Direct Checkout, Credit Card, or Gift Card.

For all apparel: • wash when dirty • dry when wet • read the stain remover bottle first for tackling stains • wash inside out (protects the print) • use COLD water (stops shrinkage) • hang dry - it's greener that way & stops shrinkage *** Our apparel is "pre-shrunk" but cotton will always shrink a little bit more in warm/hot water & a hot dryer. That's just the way life works. *** For Coffee Mugs: • all coffee mugs are dishwasher and microwave safe For Stickers: • all our stickers are waterproof so you can get them really wet • stickers have UV resistant ink but will wear down eventually if left in the sun for long periods • excessive rubbing or scratching will eventually damage the sticker as they are not indestructible
