Customs duties and import taxes?

- Naturally, there is no customs fees and import taxes for the United States. - For Canada, UK we pay for customs duties and shipping fees. - For all European Countries we pay all customs fees and import taxes through our courier. You do not pay any customs fees other than the USD$9.99 shipping fee. - For any other country we do not pay for customs fees and import taxes.

Courier we work with?

We work with DHL, FedEx, TNT, and UPS. Whichever is convenient for your order.

Can I track my order?

After fulfilment of your order, you will receive DHL, TNT, or FedEX tracking information and you can easily check the status of your order.

For the US, Canada the UK shipping is free. For Eurozone countries and for some products we ask for $9.99 shipping fee to pay for customs fees and import taxes without changing the price of the product. For other countries shipping would change based on country, we kindly request you to check from the product page or ask us directly.

What if I do not like my order.

if you have any regrets regarding your order contact us immediately. We will do our best to help you in the best way possible. In case of return request, customers are responsible for return shipping fees.

You can send us a message over Etsy or support@islamicwallartstore.com about the products and quantity, we will answer as soon as we can with the best possible prices and delivery estimates.

What if I get a damaged product ?

Despite our best efforts on carefully packaging, artworks may rarely get damaged on transit. In case you receive your cargo in a battered or broken condition, please urge the shipping personnel to provide a report for the damage. If you somehow can't meet shipping personnel, please send us photos of the damage in the outer package and detailed photos of the damaged parts of the product. We will compensate for your loss by sending a replacement for damaged pieces or whole artwork. In case of mechanical problems on clocks, a new mechanism will be sent asap. About shiny metal artworks, rarely there might be slight imperfections on artwork because they are handmade and they do not stand out from a fair distance.

What if I can't receive a product ?

Package delays have been extremely inconsistent. Some orders have arrived in a perfectly normal timeframe, while rarely it can take longer. This is intermittent, and unfortunately, out of our control. We will do everything possible to make sure that your order reaches you, but due to customs clearance issues and circumstances surrounding COVID-19, it may take longer than usual. In case of such situations arise, please let us know so that we can try to help you in the best way possible. If you never receive a product although it seems delivered, please contact the shipping carrier directly with your tracking number and let us know at the same time.
