This handmade wooden spoon for stirring and mixing is carved from Black Cherry wood. 11 inches long . I'm real happy with how this one turned out. The flattened end is good for scraping the bottom of a pot when making a rue or stirring a sauce. The handle is straight in relation to the bowl, which is 2 1/8 inches wide. The proportions and lines are what I like and what keeps me making spoons. This one has sexy lines. It is made of some light colored Cherry wood. You will simply love this spoon. Finished with beeswax and mineral oil.

Care is easy, just wash in hot soapy water, towel dry, and apply some mineral oil or walnut oil every couple of weeks or you can buy some of our spoon oil finish which is Beeswax and mineral oil. A 4 oz. jar lasts for a long time and it will help to keep your spoon looking and feeling good for many years.
