Custom and personalized orders

I don't do custom/personalized orders, but I'm more than happy to take recommendations and new ideas for future designs!

Each sticker size is posted on the individual listing of the sticker!

Clean the surface you plan to place the sticker on thoroughly with soap and water or rubbing alcohol (there needs to be no dirt, films, lint, etc). Do not use a glass cleaner because it will leave a residue behind that will prevent the sticker from adhering well. Make sure the surface is completely dry. Begin to place the sticker starting from one end to the other to avoid bubbles and creasing (like when applying a screen protector). You may use a credit card or squeegee like tool to smooth the sticker down, but please be weary of the force because it could scratch the design or tear the sticker. Once down, rub it in place for a little to make sure it really is secure.

Due to COVID-19, there have been severe delays with the mail service. Orders within the US have been experiencing delays up to a month. For my international customers, please wait 3-4 months for your orders to arrive. Please note, I am not responsible for issuing replacements/refunds if an order was shipped to a restricted country. If an incorrect address is provided during checkout, will not be able to issue replacements/refunds, but can be reshipped at the buyer's cost. I do not issue replacements/refunds orders that have been marked as 'delivered' or are unclaimed due to unpaid customs. For sticker shipping, I don't provide tracking numbers because I mail it through first class mail which doesn't have a tracking number.

If you have received a damaged item, please contact me and send me a photo of the product within 24 hours of delivery to get a replacement. When a package is marked as "Delivered" by USPS, and you have not received it, please report it to USPS or contact your local post office. Tsuki Omamori is not responsible for packages stolen or lost after it has been marked as "Delivered." If an item is no longer in stock to fully replace the original order, the customer will have to pick from the current inventory with an item of equal value.

The cutest pins ever! I was so excited to get them in the mail, and the seller even provided stickers as well! The white bunny ended up being more of an off-white/ cream color rather than the bright white in the pictures, but I love it all the same! Great quality pins!
