Fantastic vintage/antique folk art piece. Pencil drawing of an odd man (scientist? artist? mad professor?) with opaque round glasses and classic 1910s-1920s haircut. Done on lined notebook paper and housed in a cream/tan frame (leather or a good imitation) with gold-trimmed interior. The aged tan of the paper, gray pencil marks, and color/texture of the frame have a really wonderful look together.

Back of frame fastens with a celluloid clip. This is a standing frame, with a brace that slides out. Measures approximately 11 1/2" tall and 9 1/2" wide. It is in good condition for its age, showing light evidence of wear throughout.
