A vintage black and white illustrated page from the "Field Guide to the Ferns" by Boughton Cobb published by Houghton Mifflin Co (1963) is the feature to this frame.

Embellished with a piece of lace and a vintage button, this beautiful nature illustration will look great in your wall collection or all by itself in a bathroom or hallway.

The wooden rustic frame is 11 1/2" x 9 1/2" x 1" and has been painted first with white, then "hand stained" using a light blue and a light mustard dark yellow acrylic paint. We then rubbed the frame with brown ink to enhance the vintage color of the fern illustration.

The vintage button has a sweet patina that complements the sweeps of light blues on the frame.

A beautiful vintage gift that will look great in any home styling decor. Ready to hang and made with love.
