These wonderfully aged and discolored, 1905 Classics are a rare find! The set of three includes Richard Doddridge Blackmore's Lorna Doone, Anna Sewell's Black Beauty, and Anne Douglas Sedgwick's Franklin Kane, (rather a Charlotte Brontë meets Edith Wharton book) The beautiful little cranberry colored books are each in good, readable condition, with very worn covers, measuring about 4x6 inches. The inside fronts are pictured, sporting a charming illustration and 1929 name script in Kane, and an Historical Commission of North Carolina Archivist book plate in Doone. The famous classics come from a smoke free home, have no musty smell, and can be gift wrapped an mailed directly to a gift recipient~ just ask.
