Here we go folks...The ultimate in Sterling Vanity Collectibles! Dated from the late 1800's to early 1900's. Gorham took over in 1924, this is prior to that time.

A Sterling Silver Lid .925/1000 Fine - 4107/101 with the Whiting Mark
Gorgeous Shell pattern and an Etched Monogram of what we believe to be M.P.E.

The Crystal Jar is diamond cut and just gorgeous! NO CRACKS and there are even two (2) lovely air bubbles in the glass, which collectors know to be an authentic sign of old age :)

This jar measures to be just over 2 1/4" Tall & 2 1/4" Wide at the thickest part.
