Once the carrier indicates that an order has been delivered to their destination, we won't be responsible for any lost or stolen package.

Please be sure your shipping address is correct as we are not responsible for orders shipped to wrong locations.

*Received a broken item:

If a product arrives broken, is important that you take pictures of the packaging and broken product(s) so a claim can be filled and started on your behalf. We will be happy to resend you the broken product(s), if you contact us within 7 days of delivery, at info [!at] altacucinaitalia.com, with a short description of how the products arrived and the following pictures attached: 2 of the damaged boxes (one from the top and another from the side damaged), a picture of the opened box showing the packaging and one of each damaged item. USPS requires proof of damage and asks that you keep the original packaging and the damaged item until the claim is settled, in case they need you to take them to your nearest Post Office for inspection.
