Old suitcases are such magical creatures. Stories are born in every imperfection, every scratch, every dent. This early 1900's charmer is no different. To grab a hold of the handle is to grab a hold of 80 years of adventure.

Ms. Jeannie loves the size and shape of this one. It's a little bit longer, more rectangle in shape than any other suitcase she has seen. While it does show signs of age, it is in good sturdy condition. If you are so inclined and knowledgeable, it could be restored to near perfect condition.

About the case: Measures 25" inches (lengh) x 13.5" inches (width) x 6"inches (depth). Leather straps add a bit of style and grace. The color of the suitcase is a dark chocolate brown or espresso brown. The interior is mostly intact except for one corner on the lid which is pulling apart from the glue (see photos). They are a few small frayed spots in the lining in both the top and bottom sections. The latches are in working order, although there is no key.

Please note: Due to the suitcase's size and weight (about 5lbs.) shipping has been estimated for overseas buyers. If shipping turns out to be less to your neighborhood then overage will be reimbursed to you.
