"When I have a camera in my hand, I know no fear." - Alfred Eisenstaedt

This vintage Kodak camera is a Baby Brownie Special. It was manufactured by Eastman Kodak between 1939 and 1954. It uses Kodak 127 film to produce images with negative sizes of 1-5/8" x 2-1/2". This camera has not been tested, but appears to be in good working order (the shutter operates properly and the winding mechanism works). These cameras, typically, were fairly basic and fairly tough, so there are few things to "go wrong" on this type of camera.

The camera measures approximately 3-1/2" x 3-1/4" x 2-1/2". It is in good physical condition, with no major scratches or cracks. The original box in in fair condition but does have some wear around its corners and edges.

We found a great article on this particular Brownie model that goes into some great detail about its history:

Whether you like the appeal of vintage electronics or are just looking for a retro display piece, this Brownie is for you!
