I ordered my pic in early Feb, waited more than a month, it never arrived. Tracking was provided, and it made it to the states (seller is in UK, I'm in US). I contacted the seller who sent another pic in early Mar. Again, a month goes by with no luck. Apparently the first and second pics both got stuck in customs in NY. I contacted the seller fearing it was a lost cause due to the USPS. She asked if I could check with them for a status, which I did. She still offered a refund but thought maybe something could be done. Keep in mind none of this was the seller's fault, it was a shipping issue. Long story short, the USPS said there wasn't much they could do-have the seller contact her UK shipping company to open an investigation between the UK and the US. She said ok. Not sure how far she got but one finally made it! Thank you!
