We gladly accept returns within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is unused and in its original condition. To return an item, please reach out so I can give you the return address. Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility. Please note that all returns are to be made to me in AUSTRALIA. Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll issue a refund for the item cost. If the item is not returned in its original condition, a deduction may apply for loss in value. If you are returning your item because you picked the wrong size or changed your mind, shipping costs that you paid when you placed the order are NOT refundable. To ensure a smooth process, please message us with your return tracking number once it’s on the way.

We design our products in-house in Australia and collaborate with trusted production partners to bring them to life. These partners are expert custom-printing workshops specializing in various product types. We've chosen to work with them because of their high-quality standards and reliability. Once your item is produced, it will be shipped directly from our partner’s facility to your door. Car accessories, pet accessories, bags, wallets, shoes and blankets ship from China. All other items are shipped from the USA (our partners are located across several states, and your order will be shipped from the location closest to your delivery address).

Plus size people beware. I was hoping the dress would fit since I ordered the largest size but it is still too small and the seller won’t accept returns. It’s unfortunate that plus size people have to buy clothes in the hopes that they will be size inclusive and then be let down by the sizing. Guess I’ll have to try to sell the dress to get the money back. Wouldn’t buy from this seller unless you’re absolutely certain that the dress will fit.

Hi Craig, thank you for your feedback. I do consider returns when the sizing error is totally genuine. The issue here is that you ordered a dress assuming that it would fit you only because it is the biggest size we have. You didn't check the size chart at all. Plus size people or not, you should always check the size chart of an apparel, especially if you buy it online. All my items are made to order only. They are not massively premade, and I do not hold stock. They are made especially for you. So I can't accept a return in your case. If anyone is not sure about what size to pick, they are always welcome to reach out to me before ordering so we can work together to decide what size would be best and if it turns out that it is a no fit, then I'll 100% cover for it. Don't even need to return it.
