Absolutely gorgeous antique French chocolates tin!

Worn in all the perfect places but in such fabulous condition as to want to look at each little detail. Even the edges of the tin feature a beautiful band of Fleur de lis and an elaborate scroll pattern.

"Chocolaterie P. Haeffelé & Cie" is the name of the chocolate company, and the medallion at the center of the tin shows a beautiful portrait of Marquise de Pompadour. Also visible on the lid is a tiny very intricate drawing of Le Louvre, Notre Dame, a ship, castle motif, and crown. Rose garlands complete the decoration. It really is beautiful!

Inside of tin is in very good, clean condition; no rust or dents. Opens easily. (Each tin has it's own characteristics and wear. I will make certain you recieve a tin with no scratches across Marie's face).

Measures 5 1/2" across, 1 1/4" deep.

I have more than one of the tins. If you would like a special listing for additional tins (and a quantity discount) please convo me!

Tins of this type can be used in jewelry making, cut into pieces for earrings, bracelets, cuffs, etc. and this one would be perfect for that, since it has multiple designs to use! (Glitz shown in photo for idea purposes only).
