Here are two sweet little utilitarians that are ready to greet you in the morning with sugar and cream for your coffee or tea. They were made in Hanley, England by Lancaster & Sons,(later Lancaster & Sandland), and used distinctive marks such as 'English Ware' from 1944 or 'Sandland Ware' from 1949.

The scenic blue and white transfer details an English tavern scene (named The British Flag) on white porcelain china trimmed in gold. That gold trim is in perfect condition!

These cuties don't take up much space; the creamer stacks on the sugar bowl! They are both a little taller than 2 inches. The creamer is about 4 inches long from handle to spout. The sugar bowl is only 3 1/2 inches at its widest point.

This set may or may not have ever been used. They look perfect except for a few little smudges on the bottom surfaces where they sat on my shelf for the last 25 years. Oi vey.

Thanks for checking them out! If you have any other questions feel free to contact me.

ALSO- Please read my policy section before making your purchase. All sales are final, and I will combine multiple purchases to reduce shipping costs.

Peace, Kathy
