This yoga bracelet is a blend of radiant golden brown tiger's eye, dark brown Indonesian glass beads, earthy wood beads and brass rondelles. I added two copper charms that I cut from salvaged copper sheet and then stamped and patinaed them - one is a lotus flower and the other reads "sat nam".
The bracelet is 7 1/2" -7 3/4" long and it is easily made longer, just convo me.

Sat Nam means ' truth is my identity '. Sat means truth—the reality of one’s existence. Nam means the identity. It is a bij (or seed) mantra. Within the seed is contained all the knowledge of the fully grown tree. The essence or seed is the identity of truth embodied in condensed form, Chanting this mantra awakens the soul and gives you your destiny. This mantra balances the five elements (tattvas).

Tiger's eye combines the energy with that of the Sun, drawing spiritual energy down to the earth, while still keeping you centered here on the ground.
It is a protective stone, it enhances willpower and balances ying-yang.
You can use tiger's eye with the sacral chakra to bring spiritual grounding, or with solar plexus chakra to manifest ideas into reality and to give courage in times of change.
