We aim to dispatch all orders within 5-7 working days of the order being placed (dispatch times can change due to busy periods - this time is stated on order). Dispatch times vary depending on the product so we urge all customers to read the listings carefully and take into account specific dispatch times before ordering.

If you have a specific date in mind for receiving your item, we ask you to reach out to us before placing the order so that we can advise whether it will be possible for us to get your order to you by that time. Unfortunately we are unable to take into account any notes added to orders asking for specific delivery time frames and are unlikely to be able to move orders in line with requests made post purchase.

The majority of our products are custom made to order from your specifications, as such we are unable to accept returns. However, if there is an issue with your items upon receipt we are more than happy to help and ask that you pop us an email or a message within 7 days of receiving the item. In most circumstances we can simply replace any damaged items.

We hope that this never happens as we want your order to arrive to you perfect the first time. However, in the unlikely event that you are ever unhappy with something you receive then please reach out to us. We understand that Etsy encourages customers to leave a review shortly following delivery, but we are unable to assist if something isn't quite right if we don't know of the issue.

We therefore encourage you to reach out to us first before leaving a review as we are more than happy to help resolve issues.

We never want customers to cancel orders, but in the event that you do please reach out to us within 4 hours of placing your order. We are unable to accept cancellation requests made after this time or where the item is personalised and already been started.

Of course, we are more than happy for customers to add products to their order. Please just pop us a message or an email with your order number and we can assist in adding extra products to your order.

Where possible we will always try change personalisation when requested. Unfortunately this isn't always possible but the earlier you reach out to us after placing the order, the more likely it will be that we can make changes for you.

Unfortunately we are unable to predict and include customs charges in our product prices. As such we advise all of our international customers that there may be additional charges when receiving your parcel which must be paid for by the buyer.

Unfortunately, we are unable to refund buyers for any additional costs associated with customs.
