Typically, our apparel ships out within a few business days, but occasionally, there may be delays. That is why we set our processing time for apparel for 1-2 weeks just in case a delay occurs that is out of our control (due to stocking, covid-19, etc).

Most accessories such as stickers, enamel pins, and masks will be shipped within a few business days.

Our stuffed animals have handmade touches, so the production times are longer: about 1-3 weeks.

Once your order is shipped, it usually takes around 3-7 business days to arrive. Of course, we cannot guarantee items to arrive within a certain timeframe, because after it is shipped, it is out of our hands.

Our processing times for international orders are the same as for the USA, but we ALWAYS try to ship them out as soon as possible, because we know international shipping takes significantly longer.

Once shipped, international orders take about 4-8 weeks to arrive, but this timeframe often varies, due to factors such as Covid-19. We cannot guarantee it to arrive within a specific timeframe, but we will always do our best .

I always do my very best to ship out items on time for birthdays, surgeries, hospital stays, etc (I know how big of a difference it can make to have something with you at the hospital).

If there is a date you'd like your order by, please send me a message about it and I will try to make it happen. Of course, I can't guarantee that your order will arrive on time, but I always keep my fingers crossed for you!

For certain items, upon request, priority shipping is available for an extra fee.

We absolutely offer custom apparel, stuffed animals, accessories, etc. Send me a message, and I'll do my best to create what you're looking for.

There are certain items we cannot make custom, including (but not limited to): stickers, magnets, enamel pins, etc. But never hesitate to send in a request, I'd love to hear from you!

We are not able to accept returns/exchanges due to our apparel being made to order. Please refer to the sizing charts provided when selecting your size! Thanks for your understanding and support!

Absolutely! We have done many bulk orders, either with designs already in our shop or custom designs. Often family members or hospital/doctors office staff want to support their patients and loved ones, and we can help you do that with adorable awareness apparel!

Depending on what you are looking for and the size of your order, we may be able to offer a bulk discount. Shipping times for bulk orders are typically around one week after the order is finalized.
