This is a vintage 1962 Fisher Price music box teaching clock. The clock shape is a schoolhouse with the teacher and children in the bottom right and a path to the door. There's just so much to look at on all sides. The musical movement was made in Japan, the rest made in the USA.

It stands 11" tall, is 6½" wide and 3" deep. Its in really good condition with all the graphics on all sides in good shape with only minor scuffing on the corners and the clock lens. It still plays music when you wind it, the Tick-Tock song, and makes a ticking sound just like a ticking clock - too cute.
