What info do I need from you when requesting a custom order?- Please let me know the following when you contact me:
- Wedding date
- Flower collection or inspiration photos
- How many pieces (or the # in your party and I can assist with who needs what)
- Wedding theme (so I can assist with details)
- How far in advance of your wedding you would like your items (so I can check with my current schedule/turn around time)
- Wedding location
- Floral budget
Please make sure that you provide an accurate shipping address when purchasing as I ship to the address exactly as provided during checkout. If an item is undeliverable and returned to me, you will be responsible for additional S&H fees to have the item shipped again. Refunds will not be issued if an item is returned to me because an undeliverable address was provided. Please note that tracking info is provided when your item ships and you are responsible for tracking your package once it leaves my hands.
While I do my absolute best to package your order to prevent damage, sometimes damage occurs once your package is outside of my care. All orders over $50 are insured. If you would like an item under $50 insured, please contact me prior to purchasing.
If your item is lost or damaged while in transit with the USPS, you will need to file an insurance claim. You can find additional information on how to file a claim here: https://www.usps.com/ship/file-insurance-claims.htm. I am not able to replace items lost or damaged in transit while in the care of a carrier. The USPS must declare an item lost before they will issue an insurance refund.
1. Are sola flowers "real"?- Nope! They are made from balsa wood, so they're "fake" flowers. They're a beautiful alternative real flowers because they can be color customized and last "forever".
2. Will sola flowers last?- Yes, for a very very very long time if taken care of properly (handle with care, keep away from open flame and prolonged contact with liquids). Please see below for additional care information.
3. Do they come in white?- Not a true white. The flowers are naturally an ivory to cream color because of the material that they are made out of.
4. What colors do they come in?- Any color under the sun (other than pure/true white). I dye the flowers by hand.
Sola flowers are handmade from balsa wood. They are naturally ivory in color. Because they are made from wood peels, naturally wood coloring may be present in flowers. While they are made from wood they are quite soft. Since each flower is handmade no two flowers are exactly the same and natural variation will occur. That variation is what makes each item so unique and beautiful. These flowers will last a lifetime with the right care. Please keep away from open flame, do not allow prolonged contact with liquids, keep out of direct sunlight to prevent fading, and keep these delicate items looking beautiful with careful handling. If traveling with your flowers please place back into the same packaging that they were shipped in.
Custom orders require a 50% deposit to secure your reservation. Deposits become non-refundable after five (5) days unless otherwise noted. Changes can be made once an order has been placed, but additional charges may be incurred depending on the nature of the change.
I send approval pictures to you for your review prior to requesting the final payment. S&H is calculated once your order is complete. Final payment is due prior to your order shipping. Please see below for additional information on customization, changes and colors.

Please read the size info of each listing carefully. I do not accept refunds because you decide an item is too small after purchasing. My smaller bouquets are not intended to be used as bridal bouquets (although they can be, they will just be SMALL). If you have a questions about size, please contact me prior to purchasing. I'm here to answer questions : )
*Custom orders are non-refundable. I strive for 100% customer satisfaction. When placing a custom order I will correspond with you during the creation of your order. I will also provide approval pictures of your items prior to shipping. I am happy to make minor** (see below for more info) changes before your item ships. If you receive pictures for buyer approval and have no changes your order will be shipped. If at the time of receipt you decide that you want items changed, you will be responsible for purchasing a new item.
Please note that colors can appear differently on different computer screens. If you would like specific colors please contact me about color matching (fees may apply) prior to placing an order (requires swatches)

Any changes made after your listing has been purchased are subject to additional charges depending on the nature of the change. There is also the possibility that I'm not available to complete the additional work, so PLEASE MAKE SURE YOUR ORDER SUMMARY IS CORRECT.
If you have a specific look in mind, please send me photos. If you want a specific color, please mail color swatches. If you do not mail swatches your flowers will be dyed using the dyes I have on hand. Please see below for additional information on colors/dyes
