I started selling Wooly Buns because I wanted ALL the wonderful color shades...then had too much wool...
Then I started dying my own colors to get even more shades (and 'cause it is super cool fun!)...
Then I got a carder to make my own colorful batts and so that I can use all of the other types of fibers that are available...
You see the pattern, right?? I love color and wool : )
Now I have tons of beautiful little pieces from all of the wool that I dye and have ordered.
These are called "Wooly Bun Crumbs" and they are wonderful for little accent colors, shadings, eye colors or anywhere that you need small amounts of wool roving. There are assorted colors in all sorts of different shades for your felted creations! They are about the size of a cocoon (my friend says that they look like colorful tater tots). There is one ounce per bag (bagged by weight) of assorted colors of Wooly Bun Crumbs--each bag of 1 ounce is roughly 40-50 pieces, but there might be some duplicate shades.

Shipping was amazing! Very fast & seller very present and caring. I love the bits of wool for felting. However I did not realized how small one ounces sizes really are until today. Super variety of colors, they will be one of a kind projects being one ounces in size. Thank you for sending so fast.

I am new to felting and needed a number of colors for accenting a wet felted scarf. These were perfect! I bought three different mixes and now have enough to accent everything I make for the next year, I think. I appreciate the quality and variety of the wooly bun crumbs - what a terrific idea.
