In a deep rich royal blue silk velvet this gown features a cropped open front jacket with full sleeves to just below elbow with cuffs and ruched shoulders. The dress has a fuller skirting, V neck with gathered shawl collar, sleeveless style. Side snaps with black silk velvet waist band covered with a draped blue cumberbund. The black velvet band has a tear in it and could be patched/repaired with minimal trouble especially as the cumberbund mostly covers it. The cumberbund buttons on either side with little covered buttons. In good general condition, the only other issue is two slightly crushed areas at back which may have been spills which were cleaned, and may well steam out professionally. This is a somewhat larger gown then the first one listed, and measurements are approximate due to the flexible bias cut. Measures up to 44 bust, up to 30 waist, up to 44 hips and has a length of about 57 inches which would take up some when worn.
