The bag is made from a flimsier material than expected and took longer than expected to arrive. I was the one who reached out to the seller when the promised arrival date was passed to find out why. When it did arrive, the package was in rough shape. Torn in many places. The bag was unharmed inside, so I count myself lucky. The embroidery job itself is beautiful. Nicely done.
