This neat little succulent is in the Aizoaceae family. It is a Fenestraria Aurantiaca. This succulent grows to about 6 inches tall at maturity. The little “toes” look like they have eyeballs on top of them. Each "toe" has a translucent window on its tip for sunlight to filter in. This allows for photosynthesis. You need to protect them from frost, as with most succulents. They produce white to creamy white blooms from mid-summer-fall.

They prefer to grow in sun to part shade. I would recommend morning sun during the heat of the summer or filtered light. Water thoroughly when dry, but do not over water, in warmer temps. Avoid to much water in cooler months or they could rot. If you need to transplant into a larger pot, make sure the succulent has filled up the pot pretty well and increase pot size by only ½ inch. Use professional soil mix specially formulated for cacti and succulents.

You will receive 1 well-established, rooted plant, from a 2.5 inch pot, sent bareroot and packaged with great care. It will be shipped via USPS Priority mail.

If you are ordering from an area with weather below 32 degrees, please consider purchasing a heat pack.
