This is a vintage, mid-century lidded stoneware jar in the design of a queen and her crown, reminiscent of Lisa Larson or Fitz and Floyd Japan. The jar including the lid measures approx. 5" in height, without the lid 3", and 3" across the base. The overall glaze is a cream color with blue and brown accents, with the exception of her face and around the rims of the lid and jar, where the natural reddish tone of the clay appears. Her eyes are black paint. The base is unmarked and glazed cream. There are no cracks, chips, scratches, etc. The condition is excellent.
