This is a **one-of-a-kind, hand-rendered, hand-painted, original watercolor painting** of a spooky, lonely, and probably haunted house outside of West Philadelphia. The painting is based on one of my own reference photos taken on one of my many long walks throughout my neighborhood. This is NOT a print, it was NOT created digitally, it is NOT AI-generated! It was 100% hand-drawn and hand-painted by me!

Created and signed by Philadelphia artist Erica Harney (me!), this is an original watercolor painting that measures 8x10" before framing and matting, (Painting measures approximately 13x17" if purchased with a frame/mat. In order to keep costs low for you, the frames I use are plexiglass, not actual glass).

*I am a full-time, working artist* in Philadelphia, PA, where I have been based since 2011. A NY native, I have a Bachelors of Fine Art in Drawing & Painting from Alfred University (2006) and a Masters of Fine Art in Drawing & Painting from the Pennsylvania State University (2010). I began using watercolor in 2005 while studying abroad at the Santa Reparata International School of Art in Florence, Italy. I am also proficient in oil and acrylic/latex, am an avid sketchbook user, and sometimes create collages from found objects. In addition to my Studio practice, I also gig as a scenic artist (painting scenery and backdrops for opera, theatre, tv, museums etc) and muralist in and around Philadelphia. Until the Pandemic I also taught as an adjunct instructor at several colleges and universities in the Mid-Atlantic region.
