📌 How much weight can these shelves hold?
When installed into wall studs, each shelf with L brackets can typically hold 75 - 100 lbs per pair. Always mount into studs for maximum support. If you can't hit the studs, please purchase heavy duty anchors.

📌 What comes with my order?
Each order includes one wooden shelf, two sturdy brackets, and mounting screws for wood studs and drywall. If you can't hit the studs, you will need to purchase suitable anchors for your wall materials.

📌 Can I order an extra center bracket for the longer shelves?
Yes! The "1 Extra Bracket" has been added to the top for the "size" drop down menu for the shelves above 48 - 52 inches in length.

📌 How do I install the shelves?
Mount the L brackets into wall studs, slide the shelf into place, and secure. Basic instructions are included.

📌 Can I order custom sizes?
Yes! We offer custom lengths, depths, and finishes. Purchase the next longer length and add your custom length request to the optional personalization field.

📌 What type of wood is used?
We use solid rustic pine wood (never veneer or particle board). Each shelf has its own rustic grain and character. The timber is grown in a sustainable forest and milled in an old school sawmill in East Texas. The sawmill has been converted to 100% renewable energy. It might have some imperfections due to it's heritage.

📌 Are the shelves finished or raw wood?
Shelves are hand rubbed stain with a natural finish for everyday use. We can also provide unfinished shelves upon request.

📌 Can these shelves be used in bathrooms or kitchens?
Yes, they are stained and safe for kitchens, we can discuss waterproof options, bu poly can be applied as soon as you receive your order.

📌 Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Exchanges are not offered.
Returns are accepted within 3 days for standard sizes. Custom orders and sale priced items are final sale. For returned items, once the buyer ships the items back, they will be credited for product less the outgoing shipping expense. A 30% repacking and shipping recovery fee is charged.

📌 Do you offer discounts for multiple shelves?
Yes! We provide bundle discounts for orders exceeding $400.00 or more.

The shelves ship within 10 business days. Monday through Friday are business days, excluding holidays. Custom sizes included.

📌 How are the shelves packaged?
We wrap each shelf in protective padding and box securely with brackets and hardware. We want your shelves to arrive safely and ready to install. The shipping carton is sourced from recycle to reduce our impact on the plant.

📌 Do you provide tracking information?
Yes! You will receive a tracking number as soon as we print your shipping label.

📌 Which shipping carriers do you use?
We ship with USPS or UPS depending on size and destination.

📌 What if my shelf arrives damaged?
If your shelf arrives damaged, please send us a few photos within 48 hours of delivery and we’ll discuss your options.
