Yin and yang brooch, handmade felt, small Zen gift

This brooch represents the Taoist symbol of yin and yang. It represents the opposite and complementary forces present in this world. The circle symbolizes the universe, the yin, the dark part is associated with darkness, the yang is associated with light. The two points remind us that nothing is ever all black or all white. It is a symbol of universal love.

It will embellish outfits with a Zen touch : blouse, jacket, hat, cap and why not bag or school kit.

It could make a nice little gift for someone you love.

I make it :
* in felt
* entirely hand sewn (no glue)
* measures about 1,58 * 1,58 inch
* three layers of felt
* a secure metal clasp.

This brooch is entirely hand sewn, I never use glue, so there is no risk of any details coming off. It's a meticulous work that takes me a good hour for a single brooch. The felt is 100% polyester, no wool, which makes my creations vegan and animal friendly.

My creations are made in a non-smoking, pet-free environment.

Each item is unique, the colors may differ slightly from the ones you see on your screen, and the dimensions are approximate. They are made in France where I live.

My creations are decorations and therefore not toys, so they are not suitable for children under 3 years old.

To clean them, you can pass a small blow of sticky roller on it to remove the dust. If you decide to wash them, do it by hand, with a non-aggressive detergent, do not wring them out but press them gently. I am not responsible for the condition they will come out of this treatment.
