Two little sweethearts are all dolled in handmade clothes. With bright eyes and curious expressions, one wears a green and white hooded cape and skirt and white booties, while the other has a lace bonnet and skirt, topped off with an off-white knit sweater. Her clothes are held together with tiny safety pins. According to my research these little beauties were given away at carnivals in the 1950s.

The dolls stand 4" tall and have articulated limbs. They are in good condition for their age, and don't look like they were played with much if at all. The doll in the green outfit has a little pale blue discoloration at the top of forehead (see first photo) but it is not noticeable. When she came to me, her limbs were unattached because the rubber band holding them together had snapped. I replaced that rubber band, and now she's as right as rain.
