Custom and personalized orders

Every item in my store can be custom made to suit your needs. Many items can be personalized, see the Personalized Dream Catcher in my store, and plan from there. I can also make personalized jewelry or sun catchers.

What type of shipping do you offer?

Within the US we ship through the US postal service and offer First Class shipping. You can also upgrade to Priority Mail shipping instead of First Class if you prefer. Both options offer tracking numbers and under normal circumstances take 1-3 days for delivery for Priority Mail and 3-5 days for First Class. We ship internationally using the US Postal Service First Class or Priority Mail International Shipping. For an international delivery time estimate please contact me.

Where are your items made?

All of our items are made right here, in Macon, GA. USA.

What is the average processing time?

Processing time is currently 3-10 days. If you need it faster, send me a message BEFORE you purchase so I can see if it is possible. If so, I'll be happy to accommodate you at no extra charge.

When is your cut-off date for Christmas items?

The last date to order for delivery for Christmas is December 12th. This applies to US orders only. Ordering early is suggested in case of potential USPS delays or if ordering internationally.

What should I do if I forgot to change my shipping address?

Please let us know right away. If your order hasn't shipped yet we are happy to update the address. If your order has shipped, unfortunately, there is nothing we can do. There is no way to reroute the package. You will either need to wait until the package is returned to us so that it can be shipped to your correct address, or you will need to reorder the item, if you would like it more quickly and we can refund you once the package is returned to us. If you prefer a refund instead, you will need to wait until the package is returned to us. We are not responsible for addresses listed incorrectly, so if your package is not returned to us we cannot offer a refund.
