Beautiful, faux lariat necklace with gilt brass, lotus blossom spacers, and glass beads, strung on a fine, metal gold chain. The flat, green beads are the color of fine chrysoprase.

The chain also seems to be gold filled brass and fastens with an older style thumb clasp that works well.

The wearable length of the necklace is about 16 1/4 inches. The two drops measure 2 inches and 2 1/4 inches. The green beads have a diameter of 1/2 of an inch. Weight is a little over an ounce.

There is about 1/2 inch of naked chain at the back on either side, no missing beads but this play allows the beads to slide freely on the chain.

No marks, but possibly Czech in origin.

Fine antique condition with minor surface wear and patina to the metal. The beads are in good condition. I do notice flea bites here and there, at the base of the holes where the chain is threaded through and some on the surface of the green beads, but no larger flakes or chips.

This elegant necklace would look wonderful on a bride or for any night out or seasonal party.

Circa 1930.
