Fun: a vintage book, "Something to Do: For Boys and Girls Who Like to Make Things," published in 1928 and filled with arts and crafts for children. Hard cover book, 94 pages including index; published by Pacific Press Publishing in 1928. Activities and crafts range from "Adjustable Stilts" to "How to Make a Ukulele" to "Paint Brushes Made from Feathers" to "Twelve Lessons in Woodwork" and "A Wren House." Sewing, drawing, woodworking and much much more. Illustrations are all in black and white.

Vintage condition: cover has staining at bottom; corners are bumped, pen or pencil marks on back cover; inscription on first page: "George Fleming, from Nanna, Xmas 1929." Four or five pages have rips (pls. see photo 5 for an example); pages are loose from binding at page 17 (but still attached); pages are somewhat yellowed. Book measures approx. 8 3/4 by 6 inches.

Adorable...I wish I could do some of these activities!
