SIZING: Pattern available in sizes 2T- kids 7

MATERIALS:
-shimmering scale stretch knit fabric
-coordinating thread

SKILL LEVEL: Easy/Intermediate. Working with knits may be a new skill to some, but also requires fewer steps since the fabric won't fray or unravel. Requires ruffle making and the use of zig zag stitches.
