Highlights

Designs are printed on to our sweatshirts with a process called "Direct Printing." The ink is infused into the fabric which creates a longer-lasting and higher-quality image when compared to vinyl or heat transfer. The sweatshirts we use are Gildan 18000. They are very soft and comfortable.

The shirt itself is fine. It’s a big stiff and the printing is not as vibrant as it looks in the pics. My issue is more or less with the seller. I got a L but an XL would fit better. Their policy is no refunds or exchange but it also said to reach out to see what they can do. Well they can’t do anything. I politely asked if I could do an exchange and they won’t. Their only solution was sending me a link to buy another one which felt kind of snarky. They are not actually making these themselves- they are drop shipped from Printify. That’s why you can’t exchange or return. I feel that this is a bad business practice and bad customer service. Business practices matter to customers!

I am so sorry that you are disappointed. We researched making the products ourselves and found that most small businesses who print themselves are using vinyl transfer, which seems to disappoint many customers. Vinyl transfer easily peels off and doesn't last as long as "direct printing," which infuses ink into the fabrics for a much better looking and longer lasting finish. The equipment to apply this is thousands of dollars and not a viable option for many Etsy sellers like us. We were very excited to find printing partners who will let us use our designs with their higher quality printing. That way we can bring the best product we can to our customers. Some designs sell so frequently, we are able to offer exchanges. For all other designs, we offer the chance to purchase wholesale, as we offered you.
