Every stitcher should give blackwork a try! Just because it is called "blackwork" does not limit you to stitching with black thread on white fabric - any color combination will work. The model was stitched on 32 count white Jobelan by Wichelt using one strand of black DMC 310. If you have never finished a biscornu before, there are a number of finishing tutorials to be found online. Most people will say it is easier than they thought once they make their first!

Pattern is black and white and uses full backstitching (or double running stitch) only.

Stitch count for each side is 67 x 67.
