Vintage garments should be washed by hand in gentle detergent and rinsed well.
Knitwear, heavy garments and lingerie should be dried flat if possible.
Do not tumble dry.
Lingerie and rayon crepe should be ironed underneath an ironing cloth or inside out.
As clothing sizes are different in every country and vintage sizes are different again, I do not give sizes other than small, medium, large etc.
Measure yourself with a tape measure and check against the measurements given.
It's also a good idea to measure a similar garment of your own to compare the measurements.
How to measure yourself:
Bust - measure around the fullest part of your bust while wearing a bra.
Waist - measure around the narrowest part of your waist.
Hips - Measure the hips at the widest point.
Shoulders - Width measured on the garment from shoulder seam to shoulder seam.
Back - Measure across the back of a garment halfway between the shoulders and the underarm.
