This is a 12 inch wooden saute and stir frying tool. This is one of our all time most popular items. It is for stirring in the pan while sauteing. The curved bottom edge is good for cutting in the pan things like ground beef. Try this tool for scrambling eggs. Many people call this their go -to tool in the kitchen. It is 12 inches long and carved from Black Walnut wood. I use mine to crack open fresh eggs. Just give them a karate chop for a perfect crack every time. The bottom edge can be sharpened up from time to time (after a year or two of use) with sand paper. You'll wonder how you ever got by without one of these. Finished with beeswax and mineral oil.

Care is easy, just wash in hot soapy water, towel dry, and apply some mineral oil or walnut oil every couple of weeks or you can buy some of our spoon oil finish which is Beeswax and mineral oil. A 4 oz. jar lasts for a long time and it will help to keep your saute tool looking and feeling good for many years.
