Voss Denmark Enamel Casserole Set Henning Seidelin

Danish modern gem.

Vintage 1960's Voss of Denmark enameled cast iron casserole set. Clean mid-century lines designed by Henning Seidelin, renowned Danish industrial designer. His work includes items from lamps to dinnerware and silver for the Georg Jensen Silver company.

Three pieces: trivet, 1 quart casserole and lid. A lovely bright turquoise / teal blue with gray-blue interior. Rare to find the matching trivet.

The trivet measures 5 3/4" x 7 1/2" x 1 1/8". In good vintage shape. It's rubber feet are gone and there is one tiny chip on the handle.

The casserole measure 7 1/8" wide at the mouth and 4 1/2" at the base. It stands just over 5" with the lid on. The casserole is in very good vintage shape with little wear. The lid has a chip on the loop and a bit of wear on the rim. As with all vintage enamelware, it's best to hand wash.

Encised on base: Made in Denmark, Voss Oven Ware, Design Seidelin.

Perfect set for oven to table dips and side dishes.

{Quite heavy- the set weighs over 5 lbs. Ships via insured USPS flat rate box.}
