I bought this for my sister for her first Mother's Day gift and it came in a cute little gift box and included a card with my gift message inside. The customer service from Ken was also fantastic! I asked for a mock up of the necklace before it was created to make sure I liked the design, and I received it a few days after placing my order. I also experienced a delay in shipping due to the rush around Mother's Day and reached out to Ken because the tracking had not been updated by USPS. As soon as it was updated he reached back out to me with the information which I greatly appreciated! I will definitely be purchasing another necklace for myself of my son's name! Thank you for the beautiful and unique gift!

I love the uniqueness of this necklace! I’ve always wanted a name plate, but this is just so beautiful and different! I love that it comes with the paper that breaks down all of the letters in my name as well! Wonderful shop! Thank you!!

I love this necklace. I have received many compliments on it, and it’s uniqueness. The chain has multiple links to adjust the length, the pendant is delicate but visible to be seen, and the custom design is just fun!
