For domestic orders: if your order is marked as “delivered” and you have not received your package, we can remake your order with payment of a replacement fee. For international orders: we are required 45 days to file insurance claims for international orders due to customs checks. Insurance claims are time-sensitive. Any claims must be made within 90 days of the original shipment date.

All layaway orders are subject to the following:
• A non-refundable deposit of 35%

I was a little apprehensive about ordering something sight unseen. I reached out and Ken was happy to send a mock up of the necklace before making it. I liked it but was still a little unsure. I ordered it anyway and was so glad I did. It is gorgeous in person and I get compliments on it all the time!

A great experience and a perfect Mother’s Day gift! RobertoGoldDiamond was kind enough to offer several design mock-ups for me, and all of them were truly unique and beautiful. Once I had chosen a design, the necklace shipped quickly and arrived in perfect condition. It is even more exquisite in person! The symbol is clean, elegant and delicate without being fragile, and my mom knew right away what it said; she wears it often, and I am happy that it brings her joy!
