I highly recommend this seller! I purchased three necklaces. The process for designing the symbol took awhile. This is because I asked to proof the design. Every change took awhile to see again. There were multiple days in between the time it took to see the modified change. If you plan to proof and have multiple change requests then it is a lengthy process. However, it was worth the wait. I am extremely happy with my order. I was so happy that I asked for the same three designs to be made in the opposite metal. The necklaces in gold became silver and vice versa. This order since the design was already created and approved, was extremely prompt! It took no time at all to receive. I ordered 2 necklaces for our 2 daughters with their child's name, and they are beautiful. They look just like the photos in the listing. The artist was quick to respond regarding design choices. He is so creative, and easy to work with. The chains are delicate and feminine, very pleasing. He worked quickly, they were shipped and arrived within days. I highly recommend.
