Short Story Long:
Ardebil is a famous city in Northwest Iran known for its beauty, historical landmarks and rug making. The rugs of Ardebil very often have geometric and kazak designs similar to those of neighboring Azerbaijan and the Caucasus. Their color schemes are usually a little more fantabulous, though.
This partcular rug is bold and beautiful. The colors are bright and cheery, making it a perfect choice for a playroom or artist's studio. The pattern is also pretty forgiving for spills and such. The piece is in great shape, with just a bit of shelf wear from being in our store for 30 years. Pair this rug with a bright yellow chair if you want to be crazy, or pick navy or white if you want to be less so. You have so many choices!
